Maybe It's not your Fault

Have you ever considered that your inability to lose weight is because your body physiologically is in a state that doesn't allow it⁉️⁉️⁉️

Part of my purpose is to educate and inspire and I thought this might be of 

A LOT of interest to many of you.

What researchers are identifying is that weight loss approaches based on simply eating better, exercising more...❌

Are completely missing the mark because the Western Diet and Lifestyle 

has physiologically changed our system.

There are a couple of hormones that have an impact on your energy consumption:

👩‍💼Ghrelin - the "you're hungry eat" hormone and

👩‍💼Leptin, the "you've had enough, stop eating, you've got enough fat reserves, 

stop eating OR you don't have enough reserves so eat and don't burn off any reserves"...

But what happens when your body develops Leptin Resistance?

Your brain is only hearing from Ghrelin and literally thinks you are starving with no reserves.

Your body is doing everything it can to make you eat and NOT burn off the fat.

Now that adds another level of complication to it...

Not to mention the influence of high cortisol levels, lack of sleep, blood sugar imbalances, slow metabolic processing, and the inability to absorb nutrients affecting cellular operation.

So what's the answer?

Reverse Leptin resistance and work on those other influences mentioned above.
